Are you a machine integrator or machine owner who needs to modify safety code within a ControlLogix or GuardLogix system, but access is restricted by a locked safety password?

Few things are more frustrating than being unable to modify a machine you own—especially when you have the appropriate competence, understand the applicable standards, and are fully prepared to carry out the work correctly. Unfortunately, a locked safety program can make this impossible.

I have invested a significant amount of personal time developing custom software that enables the recovery of the original safety password, allowing the program to be unlocked for legitimate editing.

How the process works:

1. You upload the program from the running system.
2. You contact me to discuss the scope and confirm pricing.
3. You email the program file to the address I provide.
4. I begin working on the file. Depending on password complexity, this process can take up to three days.
5. Once complete, I will notify you and request payment.
6. Upon receipt of payment, I will send you the unlocked program.
7. You upload the program back to the system and recommission the machine in accordance with the relevant standards documentation.
